Preorders
Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to possible unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.
Pre-order items will be charged to your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items if the order has not shipped.
If your order contains any custom printing like letter initials, we will not be able to proccess a refund. If for some reason we cannot fill your order, we will issue a full refund.
