RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Mimasi. As a small shop, we are unable to accept returns.

In the event that you receive the wrong item, size, print or color from your originally selected online order description due to our error, you may return your  item within 5 days for an exchange or refund.

The item must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. Please contact us at mimasiworld@gmail.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.

 

 

Refund of Wrong Item sent

Once we have received your item and evaluated it's condition, we will contact you via email regarding the returned items. 

 

We will  refund you as quickly as possible.

  • If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment.

  • The refund is credited in the same currency as the original payment.

  • Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a certain number of business days.

  • Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process refunds.

In the unfortunate event that the item you are looking for is no longer in stock, we will notify you via email and issue a refund.

 

To return your "wrong item sent"  item for an exchange or refund, please package and return the item in its original box. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

 

Mimasi has the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements. 

 

 

Final Sale

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pre orders

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to possible unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.

Pre order items will be charged to  your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on pre order items IF production of the item has not yet started.

If your order contains any custom printing like letter initials, we will not be able to process a refund.

 

If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.
